Fellmark
Fellmark
A stranger with a sword, a hero with no memory, and a graveyard that refuses to stay quiet. A short top-down action RPG that runs in your browser. No install, no account, no downloads.
Features
- Real-time top-down combat. Your hero strikes the nearest enemy on his own as soon as it's in range — you handle positioning, spacing and when to run.
- Two weapon modes, one key. Swap between melee and ranged with [Q]; each has its own power, reach and attack speed, and its own ability.
- Two abilities, one per weapon mode. Whirlwind spins your weapon through everything around you and keeps you invulnerable while it turns; Arrow Fan looses waves of arrows in a cone. Both level up with you.
- Level-ups you choose. Each new level asks the same question: more survivability, or a stronger attack mode? The XP curve is tuned across the whole demo, with no hard cap at the end of it.
- Gear that shows. Six equipment slots, a 32-slot backpack, drag-and-drop between any of them — and the hero's sprite actually changes with the armour, helmet, boots and weapon he's wearing.
- Eight hand-built locations around a central glade — a tutorial wood, three branching roads, a canyon with a waterfall and a chest maze, a coast with an island boss, and a graveyard with a chapel you can walk into.
- Enemies with their own habits. Ghosts, slimes, skeleton swordsmen and archers, and summoners who call reinforcements — each with its own vision radius, pack size and attack style. Aggro is contagious.
- A story told while you walk. Dialogue with Karl, signposts with bad advice, and the hero's own idle thoughts, which change with the location and with how much he's remembered.
- English and Russian, switchable from the main menu.
